Cabin and campground rates
Cabin rates for 2027
Cabins are open June 15- September 15
Minimum 2 night stay for cabins.
Tax is now included in these rates.
Cabins 1 & 4: $440
Cabins 2 & 3: $495
Cabins 5 & 6: $375
Cabin price is for 2 people. $15.00 per each extra person per night.
Campsite $100.00 a site for 2 people. Information is on next tab.
*As part of our new ownership and rebrand, invoices will now come directly from Bear View Cabins.
Policies
- No smoking/vaping in the cabins
- No pets allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the cabins.
- Check in is at 4:00 pm. Check out is 11:00. We hold strong to that rule with only 2 flights a day. Come in on the late flight and leave on the early flight.
- Quiet time is 11 pm till 7 am.
- Some rooms are set up with bunkbeds. Botton bunk is made up and top bunk has fitted sheet, sleeping bag, pillow and blanket.
- Complimentary dinner runs are scheduled each night.
- We have bikes that you are free to use also.
- You must be 21 or older to register.
- 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the other 50% is due in 60 days from deposit. After January 1st 2027, 100% due at booking.
- we have a minimum for cabins of a 2 night stay. weather changes constantly and Every day is different here in Alaska. 3 nights is the perfect amount of time.
- Campground reservations are paid in full at booking. no refunds are given.
- Bed tax is now included in published rates.
- We are not responsible for accidents, loss of personal property, flight cancellations, weather delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- we do not give refunds but will apply to the next year minus a 25% restocking fee for cabins only and with a 5 day notice. We have a short 2 month business season here and people plan way ahead to visit.
