Below are our nightly prices based on season and cabin. A 20% deposit is required upon reservation. This deposit is non-refundable 24 hours after it is given. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your arrival. If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 3 days before your arrival to avoid being charged the full amount. *Prices for cabin 1, 4, 5, and 6 are for 1 person. Each additional person is $20. Cabins 1 and 4 are twin bunkbeds.
*Cabins 2 and 3 are a bunkhouse. 3 bunkbeds in Cabin 2. Cabin 3 has 2 bunkbeds and one queen bed. Will also do hostle/dorm set up for individual beds if available

* We are not responsible for accidents, loss of personal property, cancellations, weather delays, or any circumstances beyond our control.
* Rooms are set up in bunkbed situation. Bottom bunk is a made up bed and top bunks are fitted sheet with sleeping bags and blanket.
Policies
In order to give our guests the most enjoyable experience possible during their stay we do have a few policies at Bear Trail Cabins.
– You must be 21 or older to register
– No smoking/vaping in the cabins
– No pets
– Children under 6 stay free
– Guests are responsible for any damages to the cabin or furnishings
– Check in begins at 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00. Will try to accommodate your schedule.
– Quiet time is between 11 pm and 7 am.
